Description:
The PCR and DNA fragment purification Kit is designed for rapid and efficient purification of DNA from PCR and other enzymatic reaction mixtures. Key to the system is the new silica matrix that specifically, but reversibly, binds DNA under certain optimal conditions, allowing proteins and other contaminants to be removed. Nucleic acids are easily eluted with Elution Buffer provided. The kit can be used for purification of DNA fragments from 50bp to 40kb with recovery rates up to 95%. Each silica column has a total binding capacity of up to 30μ G of DNA and the entire procedure takes less than 15minutes. The product is suitable for ligation, PCR, sequencing, restriction digestion, or various labeling reactions.
