Description
50bp Ladder is ideal for assessment of a range of PCR product sizes, which consists of 8 discrete DNA fragments: 50, 100, 150, 200, 250, 300, 400 and 500bp. This marker is supplied in loading buffer containing tracking dye and precipitant for agarose gel electrophoreses, which is in a convenient ready-to-load format. The recommended volume for each lane is 5µ L and each band DNA quantity approximately is 50ng, and 250bp DNA fragment quantity approximately is 100ng, the demonstration bright band.
