Description
100bp Ladder is ideal for assessment of a range of PCR product sizes, which consists of 11 discrete DNA fragments: 100, 200, 300, 400, 500, 600, 700, 800, 900, 1000 and 1500bp. This marker is supplied in loading buffer containing tracking dye and precipitant for agarose gel electrophoreses, which is in a convenient ready-to-load format. The recommended volume for each lane is 5µ L and each band DNA quantity approximately is 50ng, and 500bp DNA fragment quantity approximately is 100ng, the demonstration bright band.
