Description:

This marker is supplied in loading buffer containing tracking dye and precipitant for agarose gel electrophoreses, which is in a convenient ready-to-load format. The recommended volume for each lane is 3-5µ L

RECOMMENDATIONS FOR USE
1. Mix gently just prior to use and take 5μ L of the DNA Marker.
2. Heat for 5min at 65° C and then cool on ice for 3min
3. Apply 5μ L (0.5μ G) of the DNA Marker on a 5mm lane of Agarose gel
4. Following electrophoretic separation on gel, visualize the
