Description:
50bp Ladder Plus is ideal for assessment of a range of PCR product sizes, which consists of 13 discrete DNA fragments: 50, 100, 150, 200, 250, 300, 400, 500, 600, 700, 800, 900 and 1000bp. This marker is supplied in loading buffer containing tracking dye and precipitant for agarose gel electrophoreses, which is in a convenient ready-to-load format. The recommended volume for each lane is 5µ L and each band DNA quantity approximately is 50ng, and 250bp, 500bp DNA fragment quantity approximately is 100ng, the demonstration bright band.
